Welcome to the GP emergency room

You have been sent to this page because you came directly to the GP emergency room.

We are an emergency care organization, not a general practice. That is why we work differently than at your own GP practice.

In order for us to do our work properly, it is important that you call us first. We therefore ask you to call us, even if you are already at the location.

We have specialized medical assistants, called triagists, who answer the telephone and ask about your medical complaints via a digital system. This allows them to best determine what care you need and how quickly this care should be provided:

• your question is urgent and you need to be seen immediately
• you will be seen at the GP emergency post at a later time 
• your question can wait until the next working day at your own GP

 
The doctor's assistant also needs your insurance details and the details of your own GP to enter into the system.
